Admirer or Stalker?

uhhhhh ok then.......well the question is does she have an admirer, or had that person crossed the line and Just become a scary stalker?

Wohhhh I used textures for the first time. She had News Print on her top and the skirt is actual tartan (it's just been made red)
Bckground it just a mix of lots of stuff ( Iwanted it to look really weird) plus I had fun with all the new Paintbrushed (got an update of Adobe and this is the first time using it)

Also I always think to myself whe nI look at this....What was I on When I drew that outfit? I mean the skirt I can understand.......but it looks like she raided a 7 year olds closet and stole a jacket and made the sleeves into arm warmers because they would have been too short.......But I wanna find a real pair of boots like hers.
